We had reservations set after our little wedding and they called today cancelling us for tomorrow. I’ve never had such poor service and I’ve been to a lot of posh restaurants in the world but never treated like this. I’ve been to hick towns in the middle of Kansas with better treatment. Yesterday we ate here. The waiter came at the table first without menu or something. She told us that the restaurant is Brazilian and they have a Brazilian WELCOME DRINK Caiprinha and you can choose 2 flavors and with or without alcohol. She asked which flavor we wanted. She did not asked if we want the drink or not. After we choose the flavor and brought the drinks we get the menu. After we get the bill we saw that we had to pay around 10 euro per drink. So we asked the waiter why do we need to pay for the drink. You told us that the drink was a welcome drink and did not even asked if we wanted. We did not even saw the menu before she brought the drink. She answered with that is very normal here. On the menu below is written that you don't have to pay for something if you don't ordred by yourself. Really strange way of selling the drinks. Why would you tell it is a welcome drink and charge after 10 euro per person for the drink. The food was not very tasty and the waiters are not very kind. We will not eat here again. Você nos disse que a bebida era de boas-vindas e nem perguntou se queríamos. Nós nem vimos o cardápio antes que ela trouxesse a bebida. Ela respondeu que isso é muito normal aqui. No menu abaixo está escrito que você não precisa pagar por nada se não fizer o pedido sozinho. Maneira realmente estranha de vender as bebidas. Por que você diria que é uma bebida de boas-vindas e cobraria 10 euros por pessoa pela bebida? A comida não era muito saborosa e os garçons não são muito gentis. Não vamos comer aqui novamente.
